PC Australia Wholesale Policies & Terms And Conditions:

"PC Australia" - refers to PC Australia Wholesale.

IMPORTANT ñ By browsing this site, purchasing products from PC Australia Wholesale or contacting PC Australia Wholesale you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions. These terms and conditions can be changed at any time without notice so please visit this page regularly.


Prices and other Fees:

All prices are in $AUD (Australian Dollars)
Prices and offers may change without notice
Product Prices exclude delivery surcharges
Credit Card & Pay Pal payments attract a handling fee of 2.4% of the order total. This handling cost is non-refundable under any circumstances.
Prices or Products Marked with "Cheapest Price" next to them, have been compared with several leading competitors, and are deemed to be accurate at the time of publication, this may change at any time.

International orders: When making a payment we prefer TT or PayPal, however credit card payments may still be accepted (additional surcharges may apply). Please note that we reserve the right to put your order on hold at any stage before or after payment for as long as required if there is suspicion or suggestion that your payment may be fraudulent or that the funds that have been paid are not financed by you/your business or when additional verification is required to ensure the transaction is of good nature. Postage:

Local Pick up of most products is available, please view our delivery page for conditions.
Unless otherwise agreed, we will use Courier Companies to deliver your order and someone must be home at the time of delivery to sign for the order.
PC Australia cannot be held responsible if products are lost or damaged in the postage process.
On the occasion, or during a delivery promotion period, selected orders may be provided free delivery.

Warranty & Damage To A Product:

All products sold by PC Australia have a standard manufacturerís warranty. See each productís specification for details of this manufacturers warranty or contact us. The manufacturer, not PC Australia, is responsible for the manufacturerís warranty. The manufacturer and PC Australia is not responsible for any damage or loss that relates to the use of the product or its installation.
We do not test products before we send them to you so that you know that you are receiving new products. If you wish us to test the products then please contact us for details.
It is your responsibility to install and use the product in accordance with the manufacturerís instructions. If you do not do so then you may void your warranty.
If a product is faulty when you receive it or install it and you have a valid warranty claim then we will organize a replacement under the manufacturerís warranty. You will pay all costs in returning the item to us and we will pay all costs in returning a replacement product to you.
If the product is found by us to be working according to the manufacturer specifications or that the damage is consistent with events that will void your warranty then you agree to pay us a minimum of $20 and all costs of returning the product to you due to the labour, testing and postage costs involved. This amount is payable before we return the product to you. If you disagree with our opinion then after approval by you we will send the product to the manufacturer at your cost. You must send us this amount before we send the product to the manufacturer. If the manufacturer agrees that you have a valid warranty claim then we will refund the costs and arrange for the product to be replaced under the manufacturerís warranty.
Unless otherwise agreed with us, after 1 year from the date that your order is made, you will be responsible for contacting the manufacturer directly in relation to any warranty issues. (We can issue you with information to contact the manufacturer).
Warranty for products/orders put on backorder will not start the warranty period until item has been posted or picked up.


Discontinued or Unavailable Products:

We use our best endeavours to ensure that products we offer for sale are available for prompt delivery. However, if for any reason we are not able to complete your order, then you can either request a refund of the total product amount and postage costs that we received from you from the order or request a credit for this amount against the cost of future purchases. You agree that we are not responsible or liable for any additional amounts, in particular any loss or costs incurred by you due to our inability to supply the products at the original prices.


Information provided to the customer:

Pictures are for illustration purposes only and may differ from the actual product.
Information on the products is obtained from sources that we believe are reliable. However, you agree that we are not responsible for any loss or damage you suffer due to any inaccuracy of the information or omission in our website or information directly obtained from us. You also agree that it is your responsibility to check all information from other sources that you consider reliable for any omissions, mistakes or errors and that you will not purchase any products from us before doing so.



Product Return Policy:

Please choose you products carefully as we do not offer refunds. All purchases are final. However we may consider offering a credit against other purchases and will be subject to a restocking fee. PC Australia can't be held responsible for incompatibility with any items you have purchased. It is up to the customer to purchase the right product.
Refunds will not be offered if an item is not delivered within the time frame specified, or if there is no one to sign for the delivery at the time of the deliveries.
Orders that are cancelled at any stage after payment is made attract a restocking fee of 20% + any other fees involved with us returning the product, and refunds will exclude any postage paid and surcharges involved with the transaction paid by you.
Refunds will be based on the current market value, and will not be more than what was originally paid.


Correspondence Between Us:

You agree that our computer records are proof of your purchases and other agreements between ourselves. You agree that we may rely upon any correspondence received by us (such as emails, faxes, letters and forms within our website) that we reasonably believe were sent to us by you. In particular, you authorize us to enter credit card details provided by you into our computer systems or Pay Pal to make payment for any amounts due to us by you. You agree that we may record phone conversations and use these recordings in court if there is a dispute between ourselves.


Monitoring:

We have the right to monitor any activity and content associated with the website. Anyone using this site for Illegal or inappropriate uses will be reported to the proper authorities or your service provider (your subscription from the service provider may be canceled) as appropriate and you will be banned from using our services.
Any inappropriate messages sent to us in any of our website forms or fields will also be reported and you will be banned from using our services.
Information we get from visitors may include the following:

  • Activity monitoring

From time to time we may use the services of external parties such as Pay Pal. An important criteria in selecting these parties will be that they are also committed to protecting your privacy.

For example, PC Australia uses cookies on the landing pages of products sold online which record the customer information that is required on the order form. This information is then forwarded to an internal sales tracking database within PC Australia. Ownership of goods & Payment Conditions
Ownership of the goods does not pass to the purchaser until full payment is received and cleared.
If a credit term is provided and payment is not received within the agreed time, a late fee of $30 is immediately payable, in addition 3% per month on the amount outstanding is payable from the date the agreed payment term expires.
At any time, usually after 30 days from the payment due date, we reserve the right to contract a debt collection agency to recover any overdue funds payable by you, and any fees associated with this process will be passed onto you.


Indemnity & agreement:
You agree to be fully responsible for (and fully indemnify us against) all claims, liability, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including legal fees, suffered by us and arising out of any breach of the Conditions by you or any other liabilities arising out of your use of the Website, or the use by any other person accessing the Website using your PC or internet access account.
You also agree that when you purchase a product you agree to all the terms and conditions stated above.
